📋 Cancellation Charges

8+ Days Eight (8) Days or More Before Arrival

Cancellations or amendments formally communicated at least eight (8) days prior to the scheduled arrival date qualify for rebooking privileges with no cancellation charge.

Within 7 Days Within Seven (7) Days of Arrival

Cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to arrival will be charged:

Equivalent of one (1) night per room reserved

Charges apply per room. Reservation will also be rendered non-rebookable.

< 24 Hours / No-Show Within 24 Hours of Arrival or No-Show

Cancellations made within twenty-four (24) hours of arrival or failure to check in (no-show) will incur:

100% charge of the total booking value

♻️ Rebooking Policy (In Lieu of Refund)

Rebooking privileges apply only if cancellation is properly communicated at least 8 days before arrival. The following conditions apply:

The reservation may be rebooked to a new stay date only.
The new stay date must fall on the same day of the week as the original arrival date (e.g., a Friday booking must be rebooked to a Friday).
Rebooking is subject to room availability and applicable rate adjustments.
Rebooking must be utilized within 12 months from the original arrival date.
Once rebooked, the reservation remains non-refundable under the same terms.

Alternatively, the booking value may be converted into consumable credit for hotel facilities, valid within the same 12-month period.

🛡️ Force Majeure — When Refunds Are Considered

Monetary refunds are only considered for verified Force Majeure events — unforeseeable circumstances beyond the guest's or hotel's control that make travel or operations impossible or illegal. Qualifying situations include:

Government-mandated travel bans, border closures, or lockdowns
Officially declared natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, flooding, volcanic eruptions)
Government-declared airport or transportation shutdown
Public health emergencies declared by authorities
War, civil unrest, or acts of terrorism affecting travel safety

⚠️ The following do NOT qualify as Force Majeure:

Change of plans, work conflicts, or personal reasons
Illness without a government-imposed travel restriction
Financial concerns or voluntary flight rescheduling
Visa issues
Weather disturbances without an official government declaration

Supporting documentation is required for all Force Majeure claims. Final determination rests solely with Hotel Management.
